1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product passes our internal quality inspection after return

Refunds are approved only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used, washed, worn, or damaged items
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products
  • Return requests raised after the 7-day window

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm)

4. Shipping Cost Refund

  • For customer-initiated returns, shipping charges are not refundable.
