You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- It is in its original condition and packaging
- All original tags and labels are intact
- The return request is initiated within the return window

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Customised or personalized items
- Return request initiated after 7 days of delivery
🔁 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Mention your Order ID, Reason for Return, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged/incorrect)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours
- Once approved, you can ship the item to our return address (provided via email)
📦 Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products: We will cover the return shipping cost
- For other reasons (like change of mind, size issue, etc.): The buyer will bear return shipping cost
